These terms govern the Brolty Lawn Care text-messaging (SMS) program. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts from us (through our website forms, by texting us, or in person), you agree to these terms.
Brolty Lawn Care sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages relate to quote requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, customer-care responses, and — for customers who opt in to marketing — occasional promotions and offers.
You opt in by submitting your phone number through a form on tampabroltylawncare.com that includes our SMS consent disclosure, by texting us first, or by giving us your number and permission in person. Marketing/promotional texts are sent only if you separately opt in, and that consent is never a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us (for example, when you request a quote or have a scheduled visit).
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Brolty Lawn Care does not charge for the messages themselves.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
